Joshua is ICON CDC’s Lead Business and Administrative Advisor.
Joshua oversees the organization’s financial, budgetary and grant management operations. His background in nonprofit management, marketing, telecommunications and community development has played a central role in ICON CDC’s ability to assist its clients with financial management, access to capital, marketing and branding, and entrepreneur development.
Joshua has worked with several local nonprofits and government agencies, including Immaculate Heart Community-Casa Esperanza, the Los Angeles Police Department and California State University. He continues to be heavily engaged in his community by mentoring and educating young teens through a number of local nonprofits such as Volunteers of America by providing instruction on career development, financial education, multi-cultural wellness training, healthy relationships, and community service.
Joshua obtained his BA in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
