  • Human Resources Manager

    The HR Manager is critical in supporting the organization's mission by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization's goals while fostering a positive work environment for staff members. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals passionate about our cause.

  • EMI Navigation Entrepreneur Coach

    ICON CDC seeks an organized and dynamic Economic Mobility Initiative (EMI) Navigation Entrepreneur Coach to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing business coaching to entrepreneur participants and graduates and responding to entrepreneurs needs for navigation assistance. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong communication skills in both English and in another language, preferably Spanish is reliable, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Business Specialist

    A Business Specialist provides specific business advice and technical assistance to microenterprise and small business owners and/or businesses in all facets of starting, managing, and growing a small business. The Business Specialist will provide specific small businesses expert advice, analysis, and solutions that will enable existing businesses to sustain and expand. Their duties include advising on financial matters and identifying areas for growth within a company to increase productivity and profitability, improving marketing strategy, and performing risk analysis.

  • BSC Program Manager

    The Program Manager’s primary responsibilities are to manage the day-to-day operations and facilities, which involve implementing Los Angeles Business Source Center activity and contracts, interfacing with subcontractors, managing program content and initiatives, case management, and relationships in the community. Measures and documents the implementation status of any LABSC initiatives to ensure Program services and grant requirements are fulfilled. Responsible for assigning goals and benchmarks for each staff position and ensuring that all staff members understand their responsibilities and have the necessary training and material support.

  • IT Services

    Initiating Change in Our Neighborhood Community Development Corporation (ICON CDC) is seeking proposals from qualified IT service providers to fulfill our organization's information technology needs. The selected vendor will be responsible for the initial setup, ongoing support, and management of our IT infrastructure. This RFP aims to identify a partner who can deliver high-quality services in alignment with the outlined scope of work.
