Sidewalk Street Vending Program
Council District 7 Rapid Response Grant Fund
Councilmember Monica Rodriguez has launched the "Council District 7 Rapid Response Grant Fund" to help residents of Council District 7 who have suffered a loss of income due to current immigration activity or have had a family member detained.
ICON CDC is set to deliver direct cash aid to impacted individuals and families living in Council District 7 who meet the eligibility requirements through one-time payments. The grants will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis, as long as funds allow.

Our Events
Economic Mobility Initiative
ICON CDC has partnered with the County of Los Angeles Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) and Office of Small Business to launch the Economic Mobility Initiative (EMI) – the go-to hub for LA County small business owners, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social enterprises seeking help.
The Economic Mobility Initiative offers comprehensive support and resources to help diverse entrepreneurs and small business owners succeed. The team at ICON CDC looks forward to expanding our service footprint while engaging underserved communities and connecting them to wealth-building opportunities.
ICON CDC will lead the Entrepreneurship Academy in LA County District 3, offering specialized training, technical support, access to capital, and more—all for free! Our in-depth Academy will address specific needs and challenges by building entrepreneurs' knowledge and skill sets on foundational business topics.
