Opportunities

  • Marketing Consultant

    ICON CDC invites qualified consultants or firms to submit proposals to provide marketing and event services in the role of Marketing Consultant – Events, Special Projects & Creative Production. The consultant will oversee the planning, execution, and creative development of events, campaigns, and projects that enhance community engagement and organizational visibility.

    - Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of events—from concept through execution and post-event reporting.

    - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

    - Demonstrated experience in coordinating creative production (e.g., video shoots, graphic design, promotional content).

    - Excellent storytelling abilities across digital, print, and live-event formats.

  • Entrepreneur Training and Outreach Coordinator

    ICON CDC seeks an organized and dynamic Entrepreneur Training and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for community outreach, interviewing potential clients, and providing intake assistance to entrepreneurs and startup business owners interested in enrolling in our programs. The ideal candidate is a bilingual multitasker with strong communication skills, is reliable, proactive and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

    ●      Conduct in-depth intakes of entrepreneurs who are interested in our Entrepreneur Training Programs, Specialized Entrepreneurship Academy, and related small business programs.

    ●      Assist the Entrepreneur Training Program Director in the day-to-day logistics of weekly training presentations and follow-up.

    ●      Assist with the delivery of workshops and training sessions for program participants, including coordinating logistics and materials.

    ●      Provide resource table and outreach support as needed throughout LA County.

    ●      Provide administrative support for the program and other duties as assigned.
