owner Alvaro Lorenzo, this milestone represents more than reopening a business; it marks the

Motivated by the desire to accomplish something for himself and establish himself as a business
owner, Alvaro took the steps needed to bring his vision back to life. His goal is to create a
welcoming space where customers can enjoy healthier options while embracing a positive
lifestyle.

business consulting and assistance navigating the registration and regulatory compliance
process. ICON CDC assisted him with obtaining his Business Tax Registration Certificate
(BTRC), Fictitious Business Name (DBA), Employer Identification Number (EIN), and Seller’s
Permit. He also received guidance on determining the most appropriate business entity
structure for his needs and exploring business insurance options.
Today, customers can visit 4 Seasons Nutrition LA to enjoy healthy shakes, protein coffees, and
energizing teas, all served with good vibes! The soft opening marks an important achievement
after more than a year of closure and brings Alvaro one step closer to fully establishing his
business in the community.
But the journey doesn't stop here. ICON CDC will continue supporting Alvaro as he prepares for
his official grand opening, helping him take the next steps toward growing his business and
welcoming more customers.
