Celebrating 48 New Entrepreneurs in Pacoima

At ICON CDC, we believe that every graduation is more than a milestone and instead it is the beginning of a new chapter for entrepreneurs ready to transform their communities. Recently, we proudly celebrated the achievements of 48 graduates from our Entrepreneur Training Program at our Pacoima BusinessSource Center.

This special event carried the true spirit of community. Our graduates were not only recognized for their dedication and hard work, but also given the opportunity to showcase their businesses through individual tables, turning the celebration into a vibrant marketplace of ideas, products, and services. To make the day even more memorable, several of our street vendor clients provided delicious food for guests, highlighting the power of local entrepreneurship in bringing people together.

We were also honored to be joined by a representative from Councilwoman Celeste Rodriguez’s office, whose support reminds us of the importance of strong partnerships between local leaders and community organizations.

This graduation underscored the mission of ICON CDC which is to equip entrepreneurs not only with knowledge but with real opportunities to grow, connect, and thrive. With every new class, we see firsthand how entrepreneurship has the power to uplift families, strengthen neighborhoods, and create lasting change.
