Entrepreneur Training Program Kicks Off Fall 2025 Cohort

On October 1, ICON CDC launched the first class of its Fall 2025 Entrepreneur Training Program (ETP) in partnership with the South Valley BusinessSource Center. The opening session introduced participants to ICON CDC’s mission, available business resources, and the overall structure of the program. Eric Lara led the evening’s topic on Licenses and Permits, sharing valuable information on how to properly register and comply with city and state requirements. A total of 54 participants joined the class, with 12 attending in person and 42 participating via Zoom. The next session will cover Business Structures, presented by USC Professor Michael Chasalow. ICON CDC will continue accepting new participants throughout the program as we support aspiring entrepreneurs across Los Angeles.
