Swiss Cleaners LLC: Stabilized, Compliant, and Positioned for Expansion
Isabel Vides is the owner of Swiss Cleaners LLC, a dry cleaning and laundry business operating in Sylmar, Los Angeles, since January 2021. The Center also secured a small business loan through TMC Capital, providing $10,000 in working capital. This funding allowed Isabel to repair its commercial steamer, cover rent increases, and support daily business operations, directly enhancing efficiency and service quality. In addition to financial assistance, NVBSC helped Isabel resolve all regulatory compliance issues, including renewing her BTRC, filing past-due LLC Statements of Information, and obtaining a Commercial Police Permit. She also received guidance on WBE/MBE certification and RAMP registration to access city, county, and government contracts.
